#2 1955 SPARTAN MANSION

#2/1955 Spartan Mansion

This Spartan is decorated in a Paris theme and reminds me of my days in Europe and visiting this magical town with my son. We climbed the Eiffel Tower and visited the Louvre Museum, as well as ate at the numerous restaurants scattered throughout Paris.

It brings make memories so come and make some of your own. When you open the door to the main living area you take a step back in time. You are immediately

embraced with the warm birch wood cabinetry throughout the space with the small but very functional table that can expand another leaf that is stored in a corner cabinet. The living room area is open and consist of a green couch, with a Pairs theme throw, an antique coffee table, and has the use of the two additional chairs at the dining table when company comes calling.

The walls are covered with Paris theme artwork, that blends well with the birch paneling. The dining area is separated from the kitchen by a wooden open shelf, and easily transitions to the kitchen area which comes fully equipped with everything you need for cooking to include a gas stove (soon to be replaced with an electric stove), refrigerator, and microwave, as well as a Keurig coffeemaker. The bathroom is small but comes with a shower, sink, towels, etc. There is also extra bedding for your full-size bed embraced with one small side table. GUEST REVIEW

This was such a neat place. The host stays onsite and is very accommodating. She is very knowledgeable about the history of her Spartans and is willing to share. We even got a tour of the projects in the works and we can’t wait to visit when the clubhouse/speak easy is complete. We had guests over for dinner, and the host was gracious enough to bring over her pet rabbit for the littles to enjoy. Anything needed is there on site, grills, seating, blackstone, hot tub, cooking utensils, every appliance possible. It is a charming place, with a campground camaraderie.

GUEST REVIEW

Really cool experience! Julie was very accommodating and welcoming. Not only did she greet us upon checking, she gave us a tour and short history lesson about the Spartan homes. She has a very cool and unique place and it is very convenient to downtown Tellico and the Cherohala Skyway.
