# 3/1953 Imperial Spartanette
This Spartanette is impersonating a Spartanette Tandem. The Spartan Aircraft
Company only made this beautiful monocoque designed trailer coach for two years. This is a 40-foot trailer coach and when you first enter you will notice the mid-modern décor with birch wood cabinetry, original green banquette bench sitting area in the kitchen, and green counter tops with a dual farm sink. The living room is open and expansive with an electric fireplace to warm you up on cool evenings or just for the ambiance.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need for cooking to
include a gas stove (soon to be replace by an electric stove), refrigerator, and
microwave, as well as a Keurig coffee maker. The bathroom comes with a tub/shower combo and towels. There is extra bedding for your full-size bed. In addition to the nicely appointed interior, you will find your own personal covered sitting and dining area outside. There is a common firepit, grill, and sitting area and a clubhouse under construction.

This was such a unique experience and one you will likely not find everywhere.
. Julie, the owner, is on site and made sure all our needs were met!
There are rabbits on the property and they were so fun to watch and even cuddle with. They have a personalized cage with playground and are amazing fur babies. So fun!
The clubhouse, which will be rreminiscent of the speakeasiese of the 20s, will be phenomenal once completed. WE plan to come back when it is open.

We loved The Spartan Village! A group of my lady friends ans I took a girls weekend and we had so much fun. Learning the histroy of the trailer coaches made sleeping in them more enjoyable. They were beautifully detailed and had everything we needed.
We shopped, hiked and soaked under the stars in the hot tub. And the host, Jule, keep us in mind for things she thought we would enjoy in Tellico Plains!
We decided on the spot that we would do another ladies weekend in the future.
